Our Services

Cognitive Wellness & Recovery

We start by delving into your unique story, understanding what matters most to you and identifying barriers in your day-to-day life. Our next step involves an assessment of your baseline cognitive function. Once we have the starting point, we’ll develop a customized rehab plan that incorporates rehab into daily tasks you’re already doing!

Join us on a journey of transformation, where innovation and personalized care converge for comprehensive cognitive wellness.

How do we do this?

Key Components

Quarterbacking your recovery

Concussions can have a profound impact on daily life, affecting physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Keeping up with bills, insurance paperwork, rehab schedules, and day-to-day life responsibilities can often fall to the wayside. Recognizing the complexity of brain injuries and concussion, our program offers a holistic and judgement-free approach to concussion management, addressing the diverse needs of each person.

Activity-Based Cognitive Rehab

We help you understand your abilities and create a personalized treatment plan. We'll chat about how you think, remember, and solve problems. Through this discussion, we’ll determine how to integrate rehab intervention into your daily life.

3-Step Approach to Activity-Based Cognitive Rehabilitation

1. Understanding Your Abilities

We'll chat about how you think, remember, and solve problems. Through this discussion, we determine what you find challenging and what you want to get better at.

2. Personalized Treatment Plan

We’ll create a plan with meaningful exercises and activities. We will ensure that the exercises are practical and fit into your everyday routine. Your rehab should seamlessly integrate and help you manage daily tasks!

3. Check-In and Adjust

We will monitor your progress and continuously talk about any changes or challenges. We'll tweak the plan to match what works best for you. Know that things might change, and that’s OK.

I suffered a critical injury and traumatic brain injury while serving in the military, before meeting Jessica I had difficulty with suicidal idealization, depressive mood, panic attacks, major anxiety and lack of self worth. Jessica has made me feel that seeking MAiD is not my only option and my work with her has been hopeful.

What are people saying

I just wanted to thank you, even though I am still working on getting better, I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t have you. It means a lot that you have helped me so much.

After my car accident, I felt completely lost and scared for the future. Jessica has helped me function, offers me trust that is real, and helps me feel safe and hopeful for the future. I am working on getting my house back to a functioning state with help from her and I feel fully supported. I am very happy with OT services as it is helping me recover slowly but surely.
