Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction from Simon Fraser University, where she concentrated on Active Health and Rehabilitation.

Kim brings a wealth of experience to her role, having supported diverse populations across various settings. Her professional background includes work in injury prevention, ergonomic assessments, mobility and seating consultations, fitness programming, and return-to-work planning. She has worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that promote physical recovery, function, and overall wellness.

Kim’s passion for helping others thrive in all aspects of their lives has inspired her to explore Occupational Therapy. She is particularly drawn to supporting individuals with mobility challenges, chronic conditions, and those recovering from injuries, and enjoys finding innovative, client-centered solutions to improve their quality of life.

Kim regularly integrates the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), into her practice to provide evidence-based assessments and interventions. She has also completed extensive training in gait analysis and exercise prescription, which she applies to help clients achieve their physical goals.

Outside of work, Kim is an avid athlete and creative spirit. She enjoys soccer and ultimate frisbee, and has a background in piano and music. Kim is fluent in French and values the opportunity to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

She provides occupational therapy assistant and kinesiology services in the Greater Victoria area, Sooke, and the Cowichan Valley.
