Catarina is originally from Windsor, Ontario where she obtained her Bachelor of Human Kinetics (BHK) degree from the University of Windsor and her Masters of Occupational Therapy from Queen’s University (MSc.OT).

Catarina worked as an Occupational Therapist in Ontario before moving to Vancouver Island to embrace the amazing outdoor lifestyle.

Catarina is experienced with cognitive rehabilitation, concussion rehabilitation, adaptive fitness, return to work, home modifications and activity re-integration. Catarina is passionate about making fitness and activity inclusive for everyone. In her free time, you can find her cross-training, exploring the island, practicing landscape photography, hanging out with her dog Lenny, and travelling.

Catarina provides services in the Greater Victoria Area and Sooke.
